In the centre of Adeje, in front of the Town hall, in a fine and old Canaries house, you could find the best perfumes and tastes from the kitchen of the Tasca La Guitarra. The bar used to be comprised of three houses that were constructed during the 17 th Century and are reputedly older than the Adeje Church itself. It still retains the original stone and woodwork with huge wooden doors and wooden shutters on the upstairs windows. The atmosphere is typically Canarian and very friendly. The menu is Italian and Canaries, enriched with the creativity of Gustavo, known like Mei, and the kindness and professionalism of his wife Alexa, makes possible that a simple lunch becomes a relaxing and fun moment. Gustavo creates old and traditional food, offering good tapas. In addition to their menu there are blackboard outside announcing the tapas and pizzas and pastas of the day.
