Sal Negra , in Los Cristianos, is a restaurant dedicated to tapas and wine. It offers many fish courses with mixed fried fish, squids, cuttle fish, cod, ‘gueldes’, and ‘boquerones’ (little sardines). The result: a golden and not greasy fried. There are mussels, clams, and fresh shrimps. ‘Christorra’ ( hot sausage) or good beef morsels in hot sauce for who wants taste beef. A wide range of kebabs with: shrimps, beef, chicken and pork. The restaurant speciality is squid sandwich. The menu on the board changes daily, the staff uses only fresh products. Every glass of wine is accompanied with a tapa, offered by the restaurant. There is a special wine shop, with a lot of wines (Albariño Fonseca, Artero Tempranillo, Pagos de Reveron, San Valentín the white wine, the rosé Campana and Anta A-10). The staff knows the good wines very well, and they choose the best wine according to the real wine world. The placed is modern and welcoming, the staff is nice and there is the wonderful Las Vistas beach near the restaurant, in the south of Tenerife.
