In 2001 Rocco Sileo creates the Restaurant Pizzeria Il Colosseo, in the central area of the wonderful town La Laguna. The menu offers a wide range of food: more than 200 different specialities and 70 pizzas, fresh pasta, and excellent courses of meat, fish and vegetables.
